Aarogya Setu Mitra portal launched for free COVID-19 consultations.

Aarogya Setu App Producer NITI Aayog, Scientific Advisor to Prime Minister has launched the Aarogya Setu Mitra website, launching a new initiative.

The main objective behind the launch of Aarogya Setu Mitra is to provide all the essential health services to the people without getting out of their homes.

In the battle of COVID-19, the Central Government has launched this portal in association with Public-Private Partnership and these partner companies will provide the necessary samples and medicines for testing to the homes of common people.

Through the Aarogya Setu Mitra website, people will also get free counseling related to COVID-19 at home. For this, the government has partnered with eSanjeevaniOPD, Swasth, StepOne, Tata Bridgital Health and Tech Mahindra's Connect sense TeleHeath.

The special thing is that no personal information of any person will be shared on this website.

This website will provide you COVID-19 related free consultation, in which users can talk to doctors through calls, chats or video conferencing.

Home lab tests will be offered by the third party partnerships such as 1mg, Dr. Lal Pathlabs, Metropolis, SRL Diagnostics and Thyrocare.

The Aarogya Setu Mitra portal can also be opened by going to the Aarogya Setu app. The link to this portal is present in the app. In this portal, you will find these three options Consult Doctor, Home Lab Tests and e-Pharmacy.

You can choose any of them according to your convenience. Explain that to avail all these facilities, you must first join this portal. For this, some personal information has to be given.

Aarogya Setu Mitra will work in a total of 25 cities across the country and sample collections will be done at home in these 25 cities. In this, you can connect with doctors through audio, video, and chat.

They can also be consulted with the coronavirus. For which you do not need to make any kind of payment. There are more than 100 doctors in the network.

Also you will get medicines at home along with the market rate through Aarogya Setu Mitra. The delivery of the drugs will be provided by 1mg, Dr. Lal Path Labs, SRL Diagnostics, Thyrocare, and Metropolis.
