The company claims that customers who pre-book the phone will start receiving the Galaxy S20 from 6 March 2020.

The dimensions of the Samsung Galaxy S20 is 151.7hight x 69.1width x 7.9 millimeters thickness and weighs 163 grams. It has a 6.2-inch Infiniti O Dynamic Amoled 2X display. The screen comes with QuadHD resolution and 563 PPI pixel density. 

The screen is HDR10 certified. It has a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone has a 7nm octa-core processor. In select areas, this phone will come with Samsung Exynos 990 processor and Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor model will be made available in select market.

The Galaxy S20 has 8 GB and 12 GB RAM options. The storage is 128 GB. It is also possible to use a micro SD card up to 1 TB.

Now talk of the most premium phone of this flagship series of Samsung. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra has a 6.9-inch quad-HD dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The Galaxy S20 Ultra has two RAM options - 12 GB or 16 GB.
