IRCTC has launched the Ask Disha feature for the convenience of its passengers absolutely free.

IRCTC brings some new updates or new features to provide better facilities to its customers. At the same time, IRCTC has launched a new chatbot feature 'Ask Disha' for online ticket bookers.

Giving information about Ask Disha service on its official tweeter account, IRCTC has stated that this service has been introduced for IRCTC website users and you can book and tick on the chatbot feature 'Ask Disha', which comes based with AI (Artificial Intelligence) support. You can get information related to this service will be available 24 hours.

Talking about the Ask Disha feature, IRCTC said, you will see this feature to  right side on the IRCTC website as a popup manner. In this, you will get the facility to ask all the questions related to ticketing. 

Here you can ask many important questions related to ticket booking, ticket cancellation, Tatkal ticket booking or train, etc. As soon as you ask any question in Ask Disha chatbot, you will get the answer through chatting. This IRCTC service works on Artificial Intelligence and is, therefore, able to answer your questions 24 hours a day.

Ask Disha service works exactly like chatting. As soon as you write a question in this chatbot and send it, you also get an answer immediately. The special thing is that you can use it in both English and Hindi languages, which will be very beneficial for IRCTC users. 

However, earlier IRCTC started ePayLater service. Talking about this service, if you get a ticket in an instant but many times your seat cannot be booked due to payment failure. In this case, you can pay later using the ePayLater service.
