Audio app Clubhouse has launched the most exclusive payment feature for its creators. Through this feature, users will be able to send money to anyone. However, users will not get the facility to receive payment.

The clubhouse says that users will have to pay processing fees upon payment. The company has further said that this feature has been introduced for select users at present. Soon it will be released to all users. Talking about the clubhouse app, users can gather in the audio chat room and discuss various topics.

China imposed a ban on clubhouse app

The clubhouse was banned in China in February 2021. The Chinese government argued that Chinese citizens had to pay huge sums of money to join the Clubhouse, as well as having difficulty obtaining codes. Due to this, the Chinese government decided to ban the clubhouse. According to the report published in China, up to about Rs 7,866 has to be paid for the Invitation Code of Clubhouse.

How Clubhouse Works

The clubhouse app provides live audio chatrooms. A user can join this app only if he has received an invitation from another user for this. At the moment, Chinese users had to visit the American App Store to register themselves at Clubhouse. Only after registering his phone number there, he could get the invoice.

But users outside China have to wait a long time for this. But there is also an option that if an old user of Clubhouse sends an invoice, then Clubhouse can be joined. But every user has the option of sending only two invoices.

Clubhouse users enhanced by audio from Elon Musk

The clubhouse was launched in March 2020 for iOS users. It was created by Silicon Valley entrepreneurs Paul Davidson and Rohan Seth. In May 2020, Clubhouse had around 1,500 users and was valued at $ 100 million.

However, when Elon Musk opened his chatroom at Clubhouse and released an audio chat with Vlad Tenev CEO of Robinhood, which was also shared on YouTube. Since then, the number of Clubhouse users increased rapidly. As of February 2021, Clubhouse has over 2 million users. The clubhouse is currently valued at $ 1 billion.
