Vivo will now focus
on making N95 face masks. The Vivo V19 smartphone was to be launched in the
Indian market on March 26, but realizing the threat of Coronavirus, the company
has decided to cancel the event.

announced that the company will currently concentrate on making N95 face masks
instead of making new smartphones.
The company has
shared a post on its official tweeter account informing that 'We are currently
struggling with COVID-19 and in such a situation; we have canceled the plans to
launch our new product Vivo V19 smartphone.
Right now our focus
is on bringing resources to fight COVID-19. In this case, we will now focus on manufacturing our N95 face masks. These masks will be donated to doctors and health
care workers.
Along with this, the
company has also urged people to create social distance through this post.
By the way, Vivo is
not the first smartphone manufacturer to announce and donate the N95 face mask.
Earlier Xiaomi also announced to donate the N95 face mask and protective suit.
The company says that
these masks will be distributed in Delhi, Punjab, and Karnataka. In addition,
the company will also donate a doctor’s protective suites to government
hospitals.
Talking about the new Vivo V19 mobile launched in India, it has been launched earlier in
Indonesia. The model launched in India can be quite different than the model in
Indonesia.

used in models launched in Indonesia.
