PM Modi spoke about the use of Indian apps in the program "Mann Ki Baat" today. He also encouraged the youth to create Indian virtual games.

PM Modi said that the App Innovation challenge was started at the beginning of this month, youth participated widely in it.

About 7 thousand entries came in this App Innovation Challenge, out of which two-thirds of the made in India apps have come from small cities and towns.

App Innovation Challenge reward

PM Modi said in the program "Mann Ki Baat" today that more than 12 dozen winners were honored in this App Innovation Challenge. He asked the countrymen to know about the winning Made in India apps of this challenge.

He also stressed on the use of made in India apps. There were 9 categories in this App Innovation challenge, including social media, entertainment. Winner apps for each of these categories were given a reward of 20 lakh rupees.

At the same time, the second winner made in India app was given Rs 15 lakh and the third winner app was given Rs 10 lakh.

App Innovation Challenge Winner Apps

PM Modi said in the program "Mann Ki Baat" today that in the entertainment category winners were CaptionPlus, Meme Chat, and FTC Talent.

The winner of the news category was Logical. With the help of this application, the user can check fake news and facts. The second winner app for the news category was IsEqualTo, on which GK quizzes are available daily for students.

The winning Indian apps for the Games category were 3D Cricket Strategy Game Hitwicket, ScarFall World Cricket Championship 2.

Under the office category Zoho Workplace & Cliq, SureMDM was included in the Winner List.

In the list as Health Winner Indian apps were StepSetGo (SSG), iMumz. Out of this, StepSetGo is a fitness app.

Apps in the e-learning category included Disprz, Kutuki Kids Learning App, Hello English. Out of this, PM Modi mentioned Kutuki Kids apps.

Winner apps for the business category were Zoho Invoice, Mall91, and GimBooks.

Social media category winning Indian apps were Chingari, YourQuote, and Koo. Chingari apps had been in the news for a long time after the Tiktok ban.

Other category winner Indian apps were MapmyIndia Move, AskSarkar, and Myitreturn.
