company is taking this step to provide better and safe service to the users.

The warranty for all OnePlus devices is being extended until 31 May. This feature will be available to the
user when the warranty of the user's device expires from May 1 to May 30.
Along with this,
returns and replacements are being extended from 15 days to 30 days. Not only
this, but the company will also provide two-way shipping for all returns, replacements, and repairs.
The company is also
working on a back-up device program, under which even if your phone is in
repair, you will be able to stay connected with your friends and family. Its
pilot project will be made available in Europe and North America.
OnePlus has tweeted
for this by its official Twitter account, saying that the company is Extending Warranty and Updated Returns Policy. Along with this, the support of the policy is also being modified.

informed the device warranty extension from its official Twitter handle. Realme
had said in its tweet that we are extending the warranty period to help our
users in this difficult time.
